Visit petrol pumps, rice mills and wine shops across your district, show owners what the software does, and close the sale. Freshers welcome — we train you on the product.
Sales Team Leader
Lead and coach a small field sales team, own the target for your territory, and grow the patch. Suited to someone with field sales experience who is ready to lead.
Telecalling Executive
Call petrol pump, rice mill and wine shop owners, explain in simple terms what the software does, and book demos for the field team. Clear speaking voice matters more than a degree.
Customer Support Executive
Help existing customers over phone and WhatsApp — billing doubts, stock entry questions, day-to-day software help. Patience and clear explanation are the whole job.
Marketing Executive
Run local campaigns across Sambalpur, Dhenkanal and nearby districts, handle social media and WhatsApp promotions, and bring in enquiries for the sales team.
You only need one of these languages.

Do I need previous experience?
For Sales Executive, Telecalling, Customer Support and Marketing, freshers are welcome — we train you on the product before you handle customers on your own. Sales Team Leader is the one role where we do look for prior field sales experience.
Which languages do I need to know?
Any one of English, Hindi, Odia, Telugu, Kannada or Tamil is enough. You do not need all six. Our customers are spread across Odisha and neighbouring states, so each additional language helps — but one is the requirement.

Are all roles open in both Sambalpur and Dhenkanal?
Yes. All five roles are open at both our Sambalpur office (Dalaipara) and our Dhenkanal office (Laxmi Bazar), both in Odisha. Tell us which town suits you when you apply.
What is the salary?
Salary is discussed directly on the call so we can match it to your experience and the role. Incentives are based on your performance, so what you take home grows with the work you put in.
What are the office timings?
Monday to Saturday, 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM. Field roles spend much of that time visiting customers across the district rather than sitting in the office.
