  12. Our application Keshav Wine Shop is designed to help wine shop and liquor store owners manage their business operations digitally. You can find the app on the App Store and Google Play under “Keshav Wine Shop.”
  13. Camera and Photo Library: Our app uses your device’s camera and photo library so you can photograph or upload supplier invoices. These images are used to automatically extract invoice details (items, quantities, prices) into the app, saving manual data entry.
  14. Third-Party Processing: To read invoice details from photographs, invoice images are processed using Google’s Gemini API (paid tier). This service processes the image solely to extract and return the invoice data to our app, and does not retain or use the image for any other purpose.
  15. Data Deletion: If you would like your personal data or account information deleted, you may email us at sales@keshavsolutions.com with your request and we will process it within a reasonable time.
